Emmy, Tony, and Golden Globe-nominated star, Matthew Morrison, best known as the perpetually optimistic high school teacher Will Schuester on Fox TV’s “Glee,” will perform at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts’ Belding Theater Friday, Nov. 16, at 7:30 p.m.
He will be accompanied by an orchestra and perform a concert of standards and holiday music.
The show will be taped by Connecticut Public Television for future airings on PBS starting this spring. This is his only upcoming scheduled appearance on the East Coast this year.
Morrison’s upcoming album of standards is set to be released by Maroon 5 front man and Voice coach Adam Levine's 222 Records in 2013.
Tickets are $30 to $45, not including feeds and will be available starting Friday, Oct. 26, at 10 a.m. in person at The Bushnell box office, by phone at 860-987-5900 or online at bushnell.org.
